Brief Introduction – Three Roll Mill:

The three roll mill is especially suitable for processing materials with high viscosity and fineness.

The machine is equipped with cooling system to reduce the temperature. It is widely used in high viscosity industries, such as, paint, printing oil, coating, ink, pigment, plastic, food, etc.

The three rollers, with parallel arrangement, rotate at different velocity to squeeze, rub, shear and grind the materials.

Main Features:

• The three rollers are made of the cold hard alloy material and grinded on the special convex abrasive machine, so that the effective working surface of rollers are slightly convex.
• The space between different rolls can be changed manually. It is one of the best wet grinding equipment for grinding and refining.
• In order to finish  the original fineness, hardness, and toughness, materials can be grinded once, twice or more times, and ultimately to achieve the required fineness (generally about 3-18 microns, determined by the fineness board).
